Prevention of Injuries in Spoken Voice

Teachers use voice constantly. This is why it is important to conserve it in good condition, whether to prevent injuries or to communicate better and without getting tired, as well as to be an example to follow for the students.

Both dysphonia and vocal fatigue are cause for an unadequate use of the spoken voice.

Vocal technique helps, together with a good costophrenic breathing technique and a tension-free body, preventing these symptoms and manage better the voice.

Objectives:

  • Preventing vocal fatigue.

Curriculum:

  • Voice release
  • Phonorespiratoy coordination.

Methodology:

Practical exercises to find all the body resonators.
Knowing how to project the voice.

Length: 15 hours

Attendants: fifteen people per course.
